Remodeling from someone who knows what houses sell for
Julian works in real estate, so he looks at a kitchen or bath as both a room you live in and part of what the home is worth. Choosing between contractors? Read design-build vs. a general contractor and a local remodeler vs. a big-box store.
Common questions
What does Vivid Design and Builds do?
Kitchen remodeling and bathroom remodeling. Vivid Design and Builds is owned by Julian Denha.
How do I start?
Call or text Julian with your city and what you want to change. Photos of the room help. From there you can talk through layout, finishes and timing.
How much will my remodel cost?
It depends on the size of the room, whether plumbing or walls move, and the finishes. A real number comes from looking at your space and your scope.
Should I remodel before selling?
Sometimes. A focused kitchen or bath update can make sense, and sometimes staging or selling as-is is the better call. Because Julian works in real estate too, you can ask him to weigh it for your house.
